US drops charges against alleged '20th hijacker'

Theevident conclusion is that torture is not just used against terrorists but alsoagainst innocent people ,providing they are suspect .Is there still any decent person left to claim torture is necessary sometimes ?

'Who said he was tortured' ?What a strange question .I must ask you if you are opposedto torture,first of all ,as there are two tendencies at work that condone torture.The first tendency is the one to use orwelliannewspeak to bury torture in creative laguage like 'severe interrogation techniques'.Having peoplestanding up for hous and hours;deprive them of sleep;subject them to loud music for days,use their fears against them,hit them,use waterboarding,and of course combine all this .The other school of thinking pretends lives are saved by torture,the Jack Bauer school,I'd say.Which one is yours?

I think a good example of torture would be having to read comments such as those of Tonny from Belgium, whose spacebar on his computer keyboard seems to be malfunctioning.
