Asian countries are wondering where to send aid for the US tornado victims? Just like Hurricane Kathrina we want to show our humaneness and send aid to a country in need. The US should not be too proud in accepting this offer. We all remember all too well how the US suffered in the aftermath of that devastating hurricane.

See? No drama necessary.
I have lived in the USA all my life and I have yet to see either a governmental or private sector body unwilling to accept a donation. Other suggestions:
American Catholic Relief
UNICEF
Ask them, beforehand, if they'll accept donations for the Myanmar disaster and if you can route money through them.
