macho men out there who would NEVER vote for a woman better think again. Of the three remaining, Clinton can 'get'er done'. The other two will just make things worse for the next four years. I used to say 'anybody' would be better than Bush. I was wrong; McCain wouldn't be better nor would Obama.

SP4: Allod Us (in the US)May 7th, 2008 - 23:47:23

Most have no objection to voting for a woman, just THE woman who happens to be running.

Most of us do not object to an African American either, just THE African-American...and I'm stretching to call him a real American here, in question.

Anyone who seems to think John McCain has a shortcoming, or two, is ignoring his resume' which the other two candidates can never match, even if they were put TOGETHER.

this is how it works:May 8th, 2008 - 02:03:01

Many of the superdelegates who could well decide the Democratic presidential nominee have already been plied with campaign contributions by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, a new study shows.

'While it would be unseemly for the candidates to hand out thousands of dollars to primary voters, or to the delegates pledged to represent the will of those voters, elected officials serving as superdelegates have received about $890,000 from Obama and Clinton in the form of campaign contributions over the last three years,' the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics reported today.

About half the 800 superdelegates -- elected officials, party leaders, and others -- have committed to either Clinton or Obama, though they can change their minds until the convention.

Obama's political action committee has doled out more than $694,000 to superdelegates since 2005, the study found, and of the 81 who had announced their support for Obama, 34 had received donations totaling $228,000.

Clinton's political action committee has distributed about $195,000 to superdelegates, and only 13 of the 109 who had announced for her have received money, totaling about $95,000.

So a study shows Obama and Clinton are showering the super delegated with money ?What study would that be ?Your own smear campaign. As the saying goes, put up or pull out.ome on let us have that evidence .and the smear goes on ,and thesmear goes on,la did da da dee...(to be sung on the tune of sonny and cher :the beat goes on .
As for SP4,you forgor Hsu today, did you leant out your neuron to your neighbour today ?
As usual never those neocon posters will duscuss programs of political porties, that would be over their heads .Health ,careeducation, pollution, global warming medicare .After the extremely bad record of both Regan and Bush, the indofference of the republican party to improve on those for the poorest parts of the american population, better divert frmo these important issues to such silly ranting about personalia. So much esier to use in a smear campaign .Perhaps some of these clever neocons can explkain why they are opposed to decent education for al,free health care and other important issues .Would that be too much askng ?
In Euroe we spent considerable time debating such issues. The result is now that the USa is left behing .Only the wealthy can feel secure ,the rest of the popultion is left to rot .Taxes aremostly spent on lucrative weapon deals and feeding the paranoia about terrorism.and every time a european is telling you to relax a bit, spend money on more important issues than armamant, the neocons start wailing that they provide security to those ungratefull europeans .Well guess sht dear neocons, shove your critics where the sun never shines .The whole muslim terorist baloney is just an inflated balloon .Whenever a muslim farts somewhere the media are eager to publish a dre warning about a worldwide plot to undermine western society .You might perhaps start explaining tous allhow exacrly the scenarion of this demise of western societies is to be happening .I' d appreciate your efforts, had nothing to laugh for a couple of days .Sp4,do you feel challenged ?

DANGER !May 8th, 2008 - 14:04:12

Now that the Dems have chosen two school weeds as potential Presidential candidates to protect America, the entire US is placed in extreme danger.

I ask each one of you - if YOU had to leave your home and all your valuables and priceless possessions behind with the front door left wide open, WHAT WOULD YOU prefer ? To have a LION in front of it with frightening aggression, huge teeth, a fatal bite and roars of anger, OR put DONALD DUCK there to Quack and flap his feathers about ?

I guess I know the answer. THEN why do you want to put ineffectual weak kneed crap in front of your precious country America's`s door ?

Why leave your nation helpless at the mercy of every fanatical terrorist that the world can throw at you ? They CAN do it and HAVE DONE - try to find your beloved Twin Towers - THEY HAVE GONE - Alles Kaput - PUFF - GONE !

And all it took was a few dedicated fanatics with a couple of aeroplanes.

Then BANG, your Towers were gone together with nearly 3,000 American dead and 8,000 crippled or infected by dust inhalation. This does not include the Pentagon, your mighty military shrine of worship - they even got THAT ! With even more dead and crippled.

Put your playground squabbles of Dems versus Reps aside for the sake of America and vote McCain into the White House. He will at least have the guts and determination to give any intruder a bloody nose and will certainly not quack and flap his feathers around aimlessly.

This will at least ensure that America can react viciously against any aggressor under a strong leader for the next 4-5 years and give your simple minded Democratic idiots the chance to select some proper candidates for the next election. candidates with leadership qualities, not just any bum from a supermarket queue.

VOTE FOR McCAIN !!!!!!!!

SP4 - LEAVE HIM ALONE YOU MAGGOTSMay 8th, 2008 - 15:13:17

I have read a lot of comments about SP4, mostly bad and also have read his his pearls of ultimate wisdom.

He is OK, no need for any nasty comments about the poor guy. He actually says an immense load of sensible dialogue. It can be construed as bordering on educational. I suppose it depends just when he takes his pills and gives the Jack Daniel`s the old Tennessee fire water a rest.

Tonni from Belgium - I bet he don`t even know where Belgium is - says SP4 has TWO degrees ! Well, one would only throw a fit guessing what subjects these two bits of toilet paper covered. It just CANNOT be SCIENCE, ENGINEERING, PHYSICS or MATHEMATICS

I can only say that if he REALLY has these monumental academic qualifications, then it must be as easy to get a degree in America as tripping up a kerb and dropping your beloved McDonald`s burger in the gutter. Try getting a degree in Europe SP4, it`s very hard work and tests intellectual ability to the limit.

Anyway, leave the guy alone you lot of vultures, he means no harm and it gives the rest of us a giggle and something to write about in reply.

If SP4 never existed, Tonni from Belgium would have to retire.

LONG LIVE SP4 !

I am so ashamed I incurred your wrath by treading on delicate toes, I never knew that these biblical pages were for under 5 year old`s. Thought they were for mature streetwise adults.

Having now confessed my sins as the White equivalent to Malcolm X and promised to go to Church more often than once every 30 years, perhaps I can join the class again.
