50 bullets were fired at the car racing away and aiming to mow down law enforcement officers.
When the cops yell '' NOBODY MOVE THIS IS RAID '' you are not supposed to reach for your gun and run out to your car and attempt to run cops over and get away. You're supposed to freeze and not move at all.
So a number of elements were evident that the men in the club were non compliant.
