..Uncle Sam needs more men and women to put on the uniform!!!!
Enlistments and reenlistments are at full capacity. The concept of unit deployment seems to get reelistments up at the 100% rate.
I guess that makes general as-h-le above just a litlle-more-than-full-of-crap.
