If they are trying to lead public..Mar 21st, 2008 - 20:49:59

Then there should be no secrets, any where in their lives, lest tomorrow while in the office, we find out that were having afaair outside, or running after prostitutes, or committing prostituition themselves, means selling their own bodies!!

Oh gee, “warrantless” wiretapping thought crime laws, ability to strip citizenship, ability to seize assets…...all without a trail. This is what faces the ‘average’ American. We live in a failing society; it is time to wake up.

The “ruling class” (politicians) are upset by this????? Perhaps they should read the Patriot Act they have passed more than once. This is nothing compared to what happens to average Americans on a daily basis.

2 parties and only one choice….my musket.

I agree we hear the short list of all whom were and will be intruded upon. funny Bush ain't on it seems a bit telling . probally someone stumbled upon this breach by accident because of whistleblowing ( truth ) is frowned upon. Just an opinion .

This is a response to this quote from another blog , heres the quote

' From the press coverage on the Hillary breakin, the scary thing I heard on NPR was approximately this:
'The trainee was caught accessing Clinton's file after the instructor told them to type in a family member's name to 'see how the system works''.

WTF? They can just access anyone's files? Why is it OK for them to violate the privacy of a member of their family? Shouldn't there be some security protecting access? '

My response is as follows --
If I were to type a name in a search would it bring a list of all names that match the name entered .. then I would have to click on a name from that list or would a common entry like ' Clinton or Smith ' automatically open a file of the presidential canidate named Clinton or Smith . Maybe the information in these files is really incorrect as if I typed in my last name I would find that I am a presidential canidate too , which I'm not . seems fishy someone training me would say click again on that list just for fun and see what this Hillary Clinton or Obama name from the several choices has in the file . ------ Ok just an example . But if I stand over you while you do it and I just peek with you I can say ' It was not me ' and if someone asks we can fire you and noone can ask you about this .. Ok don't worry its cool and noone will find out anyway and if they do we will just say it was in a simple training session .. you have been a big help and will be rewarded and unexposed . Thanks for your help and we have another position for you as a reward .

'Funny Bush ain't on it???'

I suspect the head of state does not require docs i.e. a passport, as any travel he does, is as head of state, and therefore, is public record anyway.

I would love to see where Sandy berger has been.

Hello SP4 ,
I will admit I am a bit niave but I probally am more concerned with privacy of information or who accesses it. It may be an issue of distrust as anything. personaly I have never traveled out of the country . I enjoy your humor above. Happy Easter
