The wattage loss is obvioysly in keeping with global climmate change bas it has been laid out in the UN by scientists that the ignorants among you who have not been edukated as we have do not agree upon .soon the planet will be underwater because you all have been given a hummer from Rumsfeld .

you ignorants and fools who destroy the world with your big cars and your mcmansions and your sexy celebrities and your fast food and your make out partys have single handedly wrecked the cosmos killing trillions of people . now as in the katrina wind storm you have had your powerfailyre which should be a lesson that you need to sign the kyoto protocall and send bush to the haigue kourt where the judge will put him in her pouch and hop away.

I amtonny and i am eduketed. not like you who think that earth is 24 years old like bible tells you you ignorants who all make landmines and bombs that are shaped like cuddly puppies for a living .

Above post not from me as you could have guessed.Nevertheless the power loss reminds me of a documentary about Enron I've seen recently. That one showed how trough the procedure of arbitrage the traders of Enron sabotaged the power supply to California, even phoning to the power plants asking them to shut down in order to raise the price of electricity.Sometimes the price of electricity would rize twofold in less than twenty minutes. This became a genuine tool of Enron, allowing them to make billion dollar profits while losing elsewhere .The state of California had no control over the energy supply to their inhabitants and paid a hefty price for that .These power outages might be caused by similar mechanisms,as liong as you leave big business to take care of your energy supply without sufficient control you should not whine when they think profir first, supply coming in second.Creating a shortage of supply is considered economical sabotage in some countries,in the USA of Bush it seems to be considered an acceptable way of doing business.
