You see, Tonny actually HAS a religion. He is a card carrying member of the Church-of-the-Divine-Liberal.

Now realize, this is a church created by folks who don't believe in God, so they created their own religion, just like the Scientologists.

In this church, the clerics are the academics. Their word is considered holy, and if you stray, they start the Inquisition on you.

Tonny is a zealot, plain and simple. He tows the line like a true believer, never stopping to consider the facts, be it Global Warming, Cooling, or any other subject. To him, the all-knowing academic feeds him his daily bread, taken on one knee and then he gives thanks. All Knowledge, at least from his administors, is considered truth, not just fact. In the Libnazi church, they are the same.

My favorite college professor graduated from the Naval Academy. He spoke of it fondly and told us more than once it was not that hard. He was 27th in the class. A guy I golf with same thing except he was 76th in the class (both ended up as fighter pilots, I guess if you don't agree then it is 'made up'. Your logic is pretty skewed.
