Too bad this one did not die in a gridlock. It won't help anything and is a waste of money.

...is like some kind of Jedi, and congress is the weak minded fool. He says '...you will pass this Bill...' and they say '...yes...we will pass this Bill....'

I'm convinced he does it just to f--k with them and then goes back and has a laugh with Karl Rove or someone.
