...the supposed crime is not against the law but we have an investigation into it....
Who's big brother now?
It is not concluded whether the supposed crime was against the law or not. We certainly do not want to become a nation that does not adhere to its own principles, especially if it involves torture.
SP4, I will not accuse you of what many others on this site claim you to be, as there are times when I agree with you, and I care just as much about my country as you do.
My point was, the torture, as they call it, which is administered as training to most spec ops people in the US military, is within the letter of the law, so what crime has been committied here, if destruction of the tapes was to hide something already in evidence (no one denied it) and not against the law?
How can you obstruct justice if there was no unerlying crime? It's a political catch-all.
islam will dominate the world!
with the Khilafah, all muslims countries will unite under the Khalifah!
Remember! islam and khilafah government will prosper not only for Muslims, but for non muslim too, and all creatures on the world. feel beautiful live under the Great Khilafah. really the only islam is the true religion from God.
