Just another republican dog.
...for libnazi tolerance.
One thing: he resides over one of the most liberal states in America.
Failure to address the real problems of the american people will hopefully cause the downfall of all republican candidates .Not a single republican is willing to solve the health care deficiency which causes at leat ten thousands unnecesary deaths in the USA,all because of the greed of insurance companies .When Michaek Moore made Sicko a smear campaign was organized as sole response by the republicans .
Information that is much more relevant to the situation of the average Joe Sixpack than the paranoia regarding terrorism is simply ignored, even if the number of casualties is thousandfol the number of casualties due to terrorism.
From the Washington Post a few days ago
A separate study by researchers at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine provided further evidence that the United States often falls short on health outcomes despite spending more per capita on health care than any other country. That research, also published today in Health Affairs, found that the United States ranked worst among 19 countries in the number of deaths that could have been prevented through better access to timely and effective health care.
Had the United States performed as well as the top three countries -- France, Japan and Australia -- it would have seen about 101,000 fewer deaths per year from conditions such as hypertension, appendicitis, tuberculosis, and colon and cervical cancers.
'While no country provides a perfect model of care, there are many lessons to be learned from the strategies at work abroad,' said a statement by Karen Davis, president of the Commonwealth Fund, the foundation that funded the study.
end of quote
Ooopps I'm sorry SP4 I forgot the usual quotes HSU....Berger...LIbnazis ,hoping not to be accused of intolerance .After all you have more important issues to debate than american lives, right ?
I agree health care should be discussed. In fact, Senator Clinton has put the issue in play.
That being the case, let's go to the one place where she has the most influence and should produce the most gains: New York!
Why is it that New York spends more, per capita on Medicaid - a health care program for the poor but STILL have a larger portion of it's population with out health insurance than states that spend far less????
In typical fashion, New York has spent $2100 per capita on Fed Care, compared to New Jersey's $1300 but has 13.5% uninsured vs. New Jerseys 10.5%
New York has some of the most expensive insurance in the nation, twice the national average, since you can buy it when you get sick, so why would you buy it when you are well?
The list goes on, and gets worse. So, Tonny, instead of discussing abuses of power by the Clintons, let's discuss what Hirrary has NOT done for health care in the state she supposedly, represents in Congress, and then ask ourselves why we'd want this kind of lapse in obligation for the other 49 states?
As usual mis-information from a misnomer. Senator Clinton would not have much to do with the cost for health insurance in New York as she is a US Senator from New York...not a New York Senator from the US.
The people that run the state control the costs of the insurance---idiot!
You are as useless as a Service Pack from microsnot. I am NOT a libnazi, whatever that is. I am a died-in-the-wool communist. So up yours, you ignorant gringo.
It doesn't change the fact that Hirrary talks a lot about health care, and is a position to lead on it from the senate, but has done little in the one place she could have the most influence: In her own state!
If this were Bush, you'd pillory him for neglecting these pooooor New Yorkers. Instead, you give Hirrary a pass.
Perhaps if she spent her time on reforming health care in her own state, she could carry something constructive into the debate.
Instead, she's an expert on questionable campaign financing.... eeefa yooou knooow what ah meen...unnastahn?
...meanwhile, Romney has actually put health reforms for universal coverage into place in his own state!
So, much for 'talking' about health care, Romney has actually tried to do something. Perhaps this is why he has such a strong liberal following in Mass.

Tonny, what difference does any of this make to you? You live in Belgium, right?
RE:'Information that is much more relevant to the situation of the average Joe Sixpack than the paranoia regarding terrorism is simply ignored, even if the number of casualties is thousandfold the number of casualties due to terrorism.'
Yak, yak, yakkity, yak! We had 38,588 fatal automobile accidents in 2006. This despite all the efforts and expense the Naderites succeeded in putting us through.

Do you think you could get 'Joe Sixpack' to listen or care about any of this? No. He enjoys living just the way he lives, Tonny.
'Do you think you could get 'Joe Sixpack' to listen or care about any of this? No. He enjoys living just the way he lives'
He enjoys living in ignorance, stupidity, and needs republicans to spoon-feed him his thoughts. Hmmm, that sounds exactly like SP4
Noharness and SP4 are the kind of people that like to keep the averazge american ignorant and behaving as a good consumer .Any human being's wellfare is dearer to me than to them .Apparently I do more to help the average american than they do .Everybody matters,I dislike the very poor quality of the arguments they use trying to divert attention from the millions of people that die due to poor health care .It is after all more important than the phoney issues the republicans seem to crave .Free yourselves from paranoia once and for all,the real issues are domestic ,health care and pollution are the most urgent.
For someone with 'two degrees and makes over $100,000 a year', this is not a very good retort to someone who accuses you of lying:
'It doesn't change the fact that Hirrary talks a lot about health care, and is a position to lead on it from the senate, but has done little in the one place she could have the most influence: In her own state!

You are the 'joke of the board'.

That was about as lazy an attempt as I have ever seen, Tonny.
Why does any of this matter to you, Tonny? You live in Belgium--or at least you CLAIM to live in Belgium. Isn't there enough going on in Belgium to hold your attention? I know that there is, but it's the US you pick on all the time. You don't really bear anyone good will, Tonny. That's just a tool for your left-wing political ambitions.
What I'd heard of Mitt, he flip flops back and forth on the issues as the wind blows, and holding up a picture of his governor father at rallies doesn't cut it
..but neither have the democrats. Hillary is the gold plated example: she has pimped health care while neglecting her own constituants. The result: some of the highest health care costs in the US, and coverage that is below other states.
Now, you'd think that, if you are the health care guru, you'd need to make a dent in this, but with their sheep-like constituency, she's under no obligation to perform.
Yet, the republicans, especially, Romney, have actually attempted to remedy this, albeit not the best solutions, but are branded as not performing. A bit biased, wouldn't you say?
Again.....Your liar's quote:

You are a lying piece of neo-con dribble!
