How convenient.
And some of you people still support this corrupt administration.
How far do they have to go before they are punished for their crimes?

Dont worry Brian, the american electorate has been suckered once, they paid a hefty price for that, big bizness emptied the state coffers, the superrich got their taxbreaks ,some of them even felt ashamed of their privileges like Warren Buffet, who admitted that thanks to Bush he pays comparatively less than the rest of the american population indeed .With the republicans indeed water flows downstream ,and so does the money of the american taxpayer .Theit money goes back to the rich ....ladidaa,their money goes back to the rich,ladadeeee...you guys know the rest of the tune ?

Perhaps at the same time, they should have burned the original documents of the Constituition.
Why not?...anything goes, with a madman at the helm.

The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the United States of America. It was adopted on September 17, 1787, by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and later ratified by conventions in each state in the name of 'the People'; it has since been amended twenty-seven times.[1][2] The Constitution has a central place in American law and political culture.[3] The U.S. Constitution is argued by many to be the oldest written national constitution.[4] The handwritten, or 'engrossed', original document is on display at the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington

can't believe the CIA would destroy any evidence. The CIA is pure, clean and void of any indiscretions. Our country is perfect and Bush loves all of us, doesn't he?????

'Reply Shuve[sic] it all the WAY'

Yup, looked through the Constitution, couldn't find anything on the CIA destroying tapes of it's interrogations in order to protect the identity of it's agents.

So post it again you stupid monkey. The fact is the US bill of rights does not apply to foreign terrorists in a time of war. Obviously.

I beg yout pardon,we are not talking of foreign terrorists,we are talking of suspected terrorists .Already there is a difference in meaning .Anybody suspected of anything illegal is entitled to a fair trial, right ?Especially a grave accusation of terrorism should lead to a careful procedures, right ?Immagine somebody accuses you tomorrow of such conduct
Meanwhile it appears the immense majority of the detainees are guilty of nothing, except being fundamentalist muslims ?Shall we now also send your moron evangelist funamentalists to Gitmo too ?For the same reasons ?
Or perhaps there is a small matter that makes Bush right in his war against the rest of the world .The fact that he would never attack any country basing himself on lies, defend freedom of speech, his humane idea of justice perhaps ?Please enlighten us on how these matters /It seems your president is being misunderstood.
