Correction...

'Dr. Paul is a frugal and thoughtful public servant, he is loathe to spend taxpayer money on programs he deems unworthy.'

the first in-depth article I've seen discussing Ron Paul's stance on some of these issues. True conservative. I like what he's saying......hope he walks his talk.
Also, I wonder what kind of action he would take on Illegal immigration; anybody?

This article was picked up from AP - it is more a smear article than any supporting article. Where in the world did they get this information that Dr. Paul wants to impeach Cheney?? Pure hogwash... Then all the things he votes NO too... he votes NO to everything that isnt in the constitution i.e. Big Government statements and policies - he wants the states to decide each issue.... and so on and so on - GOOGLE Ron Paul if you want true information and now smear article information about him

Ron Paul has said he would use our troops in a real defense of our borders from illegal immigration. Along with his other policies, he has my vote and my financial support. God Bless Ron Paul.

Here is Dr.Paul's own words from his website on illegal immigration:

The talk must stop. We must secure our borders now. A nation without secure borders is no nation at all. It makes no sense to fight terrorists abroad when our own front door is left unlocked. This is my six point plan:

Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated immigration reform proposals.
Enforce visa rules. Immigration officials must track visa holders and deport anyone who overstays their visa or otherwise violates U.S. law. This is especially important when we recall that a number of 9/11 terrorists had expired visas.
No amnesty. Estimates suggest that 10 to 20 million people are in our country illegally. That’s a lot of people to reward for breaking our laws.
No welfare for illegal aliens. Americans have welcomed immigrants who seek opportunity, work hard, and play by the rules. But taxpayers should not pay for illegal immigrants who use hospitals, clinics, schools, roads, and social services.
End birthright citizenship. As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S. illegally will remain strong.
Pass true immigration reform. The current system is incoherent and unfair. But current reform proposals would allow up to 60 million more immigrants into our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. This is insanity. Legal immigrants from all countries should face the same rules and waiting periods

Hope that helps!!!

We may not agree with everything Ron Paul says, but we agree what he stands for. Going back to the Constitution. All of the other debates on all of the other issues are smoke and mirrors, because when a country is lost in the dark, turning left or right is not as important as turing on the light.

This is an exerpt from Ron Paul's writings

Since because I know so many people love to slander Ron Paul with anything they can think of to the point of calling him insane, I would love to challenge all of them to argue this. Seriously.

The 'MSM' writes about Ron Paul with disdain because his entire candidacy insults the intelligence of serious voters (though 'some segments' of the population' don't seem to mind).

I just heard a radio ad for Ron Paul on XM123! MONEY.. people.. MONEY. We have to give MONEY- and money isn't an all or nothing thing. You can give $4.20, $17.76, $20.08-- whatever amount works for you or expresses a meaningful sentiment. I've given 4 times and will give again for the tea party (www.teaparty07.com). MONEY. I can't say it enough.... MONEY< MONEY< MONEY!

I just want my $800 that the federal government takes from me each month in income taxes. As a recently graduated college students with loans, this extra money would (actually it's not extra...since I earned it!) would do wonders for me! I'd have more money left over to put back in the economy to stimulate it, I'd be happier, and more financially stable. We need to stop letting the government regulate us all. If I want to donate money to Sudan, or Israel, or anywhere...then OK! But don't have the government do it for me, with my own money! Vote Ron Paul 2008.

It's nice to see that Dr. Paul is receiving more coverage from the mainstream media. I think that they are now aware of the public's disdain for the 'Fox news/Sean Hannity' type of smearing of this good man. Like many of his growing supporters, I'm donating and spreading the word. Ron Paul 2008!

Ron Paul is the only hope for this country. Four years of Giuliani will be four more years of Bush. Ron Paul is a true conservative and has values that the other GOP candidates with they had. I can not understand why we would not want to vote a man into office that wants to return this country back to its roots, to the foundation of what this country was built upon. It sickens me to witness other's making fun of this man, isolating him as a looney, rediculing him for his beleifs when he is the most patriotic American to its cause.

I just dont understand what other people are thinking... WHY WOULD YOU VOTE FOR HILARY OR GIULIANI?? WHY? there is not point.. There are more then two families that have the criteria to run this country.. No more Bush's, no more Clintons... why can't people see past this and understand that our coutry is heading down a road of disaster.....

One day we will all look back upon this and wonder what happend...

shameful, and disheartening.....
