Where's the DC-10 Supertanker waterbombing aircraft that can squelch 12 football fields in area of fire in one drop on this fire?-Ed Nemechek 760-246-8059

They've not been able to run the water drops because of the high winds in the area and the low flight patterns that the planes have to make - this is why the fires around Southern California have gotten out of control in lest than a few hours yesterday.
