I say tax dividents,interests and stocks.We do it ;it is part of income tax .Get from the rich and give to the poor .Not even worth arguing about it .Most people would profit from it and nobody gets hurt.
This is just Rudy being a politician, trying to take the focus off of his exceptionally fine record... He may have ran a tight financial ship, but he had major problems elsewhere at least when it comes to the base he is escorting.
