Reagan, once, had Admiral Hyman Rickover called to his office. The Admiral, a national monument, had diss'ed the SEC Navy, John Lehman, and SEC Def Cap Weinberger.
He strolled into Reagans office, and when Reagan told him to comply, he ran his mouth like he was talking to a congressman.
