From Monsters and Critics.com UK News London - A small earthquake has shaken the city of Manchester in northern Britain in what is the second such event within a few weeks, the authorities said Thursday. The minor earth tremor was felt in the city centre just after 0445 GMT but there were no reports of injuries or damage to property, the BBC said. Seismologists at the British Geological Survey (BGS) in Edinburgh, have confirmed the quake measured 2.4 on the Richter scale.
