That the Commonwealth really does mean a very great deal to The Queen has always been very clear, and the fact that she has chosen email as the medium by which to respond to the young students' good interest stikes just the perfect note -- and it perfectly acknowleges the primary way in which especially the young communicate today!
The Queen inspires not just by WHAT she does, but even by HOW she does it!
