Troop deployment to Iraq was subject to an artificial timetable (and artificial reality) so there is no reason why troop withdrawals from Iraq can not be subject to an artificial timetable. These guys are just blowing smoke. The sad reality is: They have been trying for years to pull something out of their ass and they have failed miserably.

'we've managed to pull out a victory.'

Sure. And the U.S. won the Vietnam war too. Your measure of victory is awful low. So, the U.S. has pulled out a victory. That must mean the troops are comin' home tomorrow? Or, maybe Al-Aaeda is defeated? Terrorism is a thing of the past? Oh, I know: All the WMDs have been eliminated!! No, all muslims are now christians? I know, Elvis was found in Iraq!

How can one know what victory is when the reason for war isn't even known.

wHY THE ROGUE NATIONS ARE SO CONCERNED??Jun 17th, 2008 - 09:41:04

It makes no sense that rogue nations that have killed millions by their nuclear bombs or condoned that attack like western Europe, are so concerned about Iranian nuclear technology! May be they think that their hedgemony ove nucleaer bombs us coming to an end. India has sold its technology to Brazil, Vanzuella, and Argentina.

NOBODY TALKS ABOUT IT. THESE NATIONS WILL BRING THE NUCLEAR CATASTROPHY AT HOME FOR US AMERICANS! WHY NOBODY TALKS ABOUT IT?

I had a crush on Saddam. I liked his thick mustache. And the Ayahtolla or is it Ayatolha? Whatever! I liked his long beard. I liked the fact that the Iranian holy man wore a long dress. Yummeeeeeee

SP4: Unfortunately, I do think you have captured the essence of the Bush mind in your statements. It is too bad that christians started killing muslims for no good purpose besides how they looked and things like that. It is a sad realization for the United States. It is going to be a long war folks, might as well dig in.

SP4 has a point. I do like the beards though. It makes me realise that I am not a freak and they are.

Yes, SP4 has a point. Unfortunately it is on the top of his head. It is called a dunce cap.
