I see Gordon Brown is to hold the torch on its way round London. What is it they say about those who play with fire? They are often get burnt. I saw the usual smug individual on TV this morning,I think it was that rower (a knighthood for sitting in a little rowing boat, has the world gone mad?) and he said, smugly as I said, 'if the government and business are willing to stop all contact with the chinese, stop all business links, all links of any kind then of course we athletes should be willing to do the same ... smirk smirk smirk.' In other words we know they won't so we won't ..... so go stick that in your pipe and smoke it. Why are we giving knighthoods out to such smirking arrogant non-entities and when will it be taken back? I do however agree with him and if the UK including Gordon Brown don't stop and stop now having any dealings with china, including carrying the flame today, how can they possibly complain if they go down in flames with her?
