I would like to suggest very strongly that UK must refrain itself and keep away from USA and its foreign policies; or it will deteriorate UK position in the whole world in long term basis.
Bush is trying to lure Germany and France in particular and EU in general. All EU nations must decide in favor of what is just and pious because God loves such nations. They must keep away from US foreign policies that can never be in favor of EU in long term basis. US might be superficially sympathasizing with EU but in reality it is a fake and dangerous move of US towards EU.
World will not forget any mishap done by US, and EU involving and meddling itself with US.
