This have been a hot issue for a long time in all developed world.But Delhi Court's ruling should not pre-empt Legislature,social bodies,local custom,religious believes.Court should not beyound its juridiction of gurdian of Common law & Natural justice.Gay sex is abnormal- genetic abberation.People should not be punished as criminal,neither legal bodies lent its approval as a saviour of our concience.JRB
