Perhaps if the EU condemned less and acted more, there might be fewer bomb attacks in the future. Ya think? I mean, really ... do you think the bombers will get all teary-eyed and remorseful when a government body condemns them? People who support the use of bombs in public places generally only respond positively when the government response is a bullet to their brains. The only good bomber is a dead one.
