The bodies, all adult males, were found by the property owner inside four vehicles a few hundred metres apart.
The Toronto Globe and Mail described it as potentially Ontario's worst-ever mass slaying.
The causes of death were not revealed, but police are treating the cases as homicide.
'We're not in a position to reveal how they were murdered,' Ontario Provincial Police Sergeant Dave Rektor said at a Saturday press conference.
