Chad Kolton, spokesman for National Intelligence Director John Negroponte, told the Times that the content of the website, the so-called Operation Iraqi Freedom Document Portal, would be reviewed 'to ensure its content is appropriate for public viewing.'

One diplomat said that weapons experts at the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency were 'shocked' by what was available on the website.
