Bush says al-Qaeda leaders moved out of CIA prisons (Roundup)

US President George W. Bush makes remarks outlining his new plan to subject Guantanamo Bay detainees to special trials, at the White House in Washington, DC, Wednesday 06 September 2006. Bush also acknowledged the existence of secret CIA detainee centers overseas, and announced the transfer of a number of high-value detainees to the detention facility in Cuba.
