You know, I thnk it was Tonny from stalingrad who, even last year, was opining on how paranoid the Bush administration was about Iran's nuclear program and how...24?...or so...intel agencies AND the UN were saying that their program was not a threat?

The word is COULD, not has, not will. As such it is mere supposition. And we all know that supposition is nowhere near the truth of the matter. Think of it this way: Suppose SP4 had a brain instead of a worm farm in his brain pan.
