Perhaps Israel could repossess Gaza from Fatah and Hamas who can't seem to manage it, and then sign it over to Egypt with the proviso that Egypt be responsible for the general management to make sure the people get the basic necessities of life. Israel would have to guarantee no more interferance but at the same time Egypt would of course be responsible also for preventing further provocation of Israel.
Egypt could sponsor the Palestinian people and let them rule themselves as long as they did an adequate job of taking care of themselves.
Those in Jordan and the rest of the Arab community who decry the current plight of the Palestinian people could contribute and help the Palestinian people to develop the Gaza strip into something every bit as beautiful and productive as it could be.
Just a thought.
