Nothing has changed readers, Iranian leaders will still have to stop uranium enrichment before ANY negotiations regarding changes in economic sanctions against Tehran. The report of 'just stopping centrifuge (quantity)development' being enough to satisfy U.S. state department expectations on the nuclear issues is false and misleading. Uranium enrichment is not needed to build Iran's peaceful developmnet for energy enhancement for the people of Iran.
'Trust but verify' remains the U.S. stance just as Ronald Reagan expected with the Russian government's nuclear build-down of the late nineteen eighties. Ahmadinejad's quest for reelection not withstanding,
Ms. Rice is making sure that he will be watched AND judged by his actions and not his words from here on.
