Rent out space in U.S. EmbassyApr 22nd, 2008 - 13:15:46

RE: 'Many other foreign countries have diplomatic missions in Baghdad despite security considerations,' al-Maliki said.

=========================

The Embassy has cost us a fortune; so rent out portions of it, like one of those 'virtual office' suites where there's only a receptionist and a mail drop. Imagine 'soveregn desks' which are each country's territory.

Time we made a buck on the deal, and U.S. forces would be protecting the place anyway. If you want to meet with foreign diplomats, reserve a conference room.

Problem solved.

(No dumber than any of Bush's solutions)
