It is absolutely impossible for any Iranian ship, boat or aircraft to approach any US Navy ship or aircraft undetected or untargeted.
US surveilance in the Region (and around the globe) allows realtime knowledge of any and all Iranian communications and allows advance knowledge of Iranian staging, docking and resupply locations and methods.
Iran offers no credible attack threat to the United States other than to stop oil production and delivery.
Many elements in Iran will fight if the US (minority)Democanic/Republicrat Imperial Corporate Elite upgrades Mideast aggression. Many in the region and around the world will come to the aid of Iran.
It is all avoidable.
Truth will continue to be the First Casualty.

You are getting batty in your old age Dave, and 3 years in the USMC 35 years ago doesn't give your wacky ideas about 'Pax Americana' and the pooooor Iranians any more credibility then the zero that they would have warranted had you not bothered to try to trade on your service.

You're right on Dave. Too bad these idiots in Washington have sold this country down the river! Wish it weren't so!
