The Iraq's know the surge is coming to an end, and the struggle for who will control Iraq once we leave has begun. It appears from these incidents that a titanic struggle is smoldering just beneath the surface between modernist, and Shia conservatives. What a waste of American blood and treasure, I mean who gives a dam, neither group has behaved in a way that makes you believe all we have given has been worth it.
