That's meant as a joke, right?
The blatantly anti-Israel UN actually doesn't blame something on Israel (I'm amazed that the UN hasn't yet passed a resolution blaming Israel for global warning) but it must be Israel because SYRIA, the country every sane, reasonable life-form this side of alpha centauri accuses of the assassination, says so.
