The U.S. is worried about the shiites aligned with al-Sadr because they
have their sights on Iran. Most of the U.S. forces are being attacked
by sunnis, and these sunni insurgents are also causing almost all of the
destrustion in Iraq. The U.S. labels al-Sadr as the biggest threat
only because they fear the support al-Sadr may offer Iran, should
the U.S. attack Iran. Al-Sadr knows about the Americas plan, and that is
why he has kept a low profile, not giving the U.S. the excuse it is
looking for to eliminate it's true worry.

reply to nice spin.

People who can not argue or debate with facts and knowledge
resort to name calling and put-downs. Interpretation- what
is it you do not agree with?
-U.S. forces are mainly being killed by sunnis
-The U.S. has it's sights on Iran.
-Al-Sadr doesn't want to confront the U.S.
( even though the U.S. is trying to provoke a
confrontation).
-The U.S. is mainly concerned with al-Sadr because
they are worried about his alignment with Iran,
should the U.S. attack Iran.

By the way you forgot my misspelling of 'destruction', I did not
check my previous post.

A PURELY NAGATIVE PAGAN BOOK..BIBLEMay 26th, 2007 - 09:34:26

TO...American kafirMay 26th, 2007 - 01:13:48

'IT IS SO NEGATIVE BOOK THAT A NORMAL EDUCATED PERSON WOULD RUN AWAY FROM IT. '

Have you ever read this pagan book AKA BIBLE.
Read again. Genesis alone tells of your pagan ignorant man god.

See for yourself;

''''Genesis 1
The Beginning
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
2 Now the earth was [a] formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 And God said, 'Let there be light,' and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light 'day,' and the darkness he called 'night.' And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.
''''

Do the people who quote from religious books realise how stupid it is to adhere to a few scribblings by various outcasts who had visions about some mythical 'thing' a long time in the past. Isn't it time to take a modern view on mankinds existence as just a random event in an uncaring universe. When you die, that's it - you get eaten by worms or stuck in an oven and return your constituent molecules for re-use.
To try and ignore this unpalatable truth with promises of everlasting 'life' or a reward of a dozen virgins ( by the way, what happens once you've worked your way through them after a couple of weeks ?) shows a total inability to face up to reality. Trying to persuade others that your 'God' is better than all the other 'Gods' is equally stupid. If your's is so good, why doesn't he get rid of all the opposing Gods ?

Faith is the belief in things unseen and unknowable. This makes it difficult for people of different faiths to get along. Owing to the nature of faith, the parties are unable to off one another any proof of veracity. It almost always leads to violence, especially if they make the mistake of mixing faith and theology with their politics.

There once was a man called Mohammed, he was ambitous so to satisfy his ego he married a wealthy widow. He realised that to further his ambitions he had to warp the minds of simple men. The likelyhood of him succeding were slim but he realised that if he could persuade them that he could hear the words of God and that he was a prophet he would have success, so he went to a cave and made a great drama about hearing the words of God. He told all the people who believed him that they were special and that all others were inferior, he then persued military objectives and gave all the credit to this God that spoke to him. He became so poweful that he was able to persue his paedophile, womanising and murderous ways with impunity.
Mohammed was only a man and the Koran is his plueprint for conquest. The words are not Gods but his path to warp the minds of men.
