From where birds get it?

It is easy to confirmed people around the world have died of bird flu since 2000, mainly through coming into close contact with infected poultry or an outbreak of flu from poultry farm. But it is not easy to find out that where the birds get it? That is an important matter and we should find out the true virus source to solve that disease.
Most probably is the flu virus are penetrate the earth atmosphere and most are surrounding in cool atmosphere.
