Typical operation:

Give food, money and medicine. Get to mass kill muslims. Then get peace prize.

Is the glass half full or half empty? The answer depends on who you are and what you think like. If you get to give out food and cash in exchange for the privilege of mass killing people then the glass is half full.

Bush is responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi's. As responsible as if he had shot them himself. A peace Prize, while awarded for an unrelated field, is disrespectful to the memories of all those (he)killed. He is the true butcher of Bagdad and history will remember that.
