Obviously, the government is defunct and can not control crime. This is a terrorist society that preys on the weak, it is corrupt and immoral. They need to be invaded, bombed to hell, and converted to ... oh, wait, Philippine is considered a Catholic society. Scratch that, no problem here. Do they have oil? Nope. They are a good democratic nation, god fearing and are friends of the United States. God Bless America and the Philippine nation! Obviously this article is talking about the Pegans and Islamic scum in the Philippines, they are everywhere. (Satire).
