...let's form that committee and when they are done, let's return them to Iran and investigate the death of an American citizen, raped and then brutally beaten to death in Iranian custoday.

No one is condoning to any of these actions,the one mentioned in this article nor the one mentioned by you. Your response in terms of what Iran has done against that American citizen seems rather irrelevant to the above matter. So should the Iraqi's that were in American custody form a committe then to seek justice for the atrocities committed?(I am just using this as an example based on what was cited by the comment made) So would it be fair for me to make a general sweeping statement like the one you have made? The above matter had nothing to do with America but rather the fact that such a thing could have happened in a court of law, where justice was meant to be served in a civil manner. If this had happened to anyone (which meant that this could have possibly happened to any American) would it make it more of a just cause for a committe to be set-up then to seek justice?

This is really sad , how can such a killing be allowed , this has to be dealt with very very seriously and also the policeman who was dumb enough to not know whom to shoot, that police man is also a part of the killing he should also be punished to death. I am not a muslim, I am a hindu, but i guess I am a human being first and it pains to see people being hurt on the name of religion. Stop this, i know a lot of muslim friends who are good. So stop this for the sake of humanity lets not kill each other, it pains a lot to see loved ones being lost .. stop this.

i am surprised that the woman was stabbed 18 times.... how the heck did he got so much time to do it.... and also that woman's husband was shot ACCIDENTIALY by the guards.... sounds fishy !!!
