Munich - German police were hunting Friday for three people allegedly beaten up by a group of drunk and rampaging Swiss schoolboys on a visit to Munich.
Two other victims have been in medical treatment after being knocked down and kicked in the head by a group of five visiting teenagers on Wednesday. German police are holding three boys, all aged 16, but freed the other two.
In attacks recalling the movie 'A Clockwork Orange,' the youths admitted five attacks on randomly chosen people on the street 'just for the fun of it,' police said.
An out-of-town businessman, 46, was in hospital with serious injuries including two jaw fractures. He may suffer reduced vision for the rest of his life, police said. A Bulgarian student was also beaten up.
The case shocked Switzerland. The headmaster of the boys' school in Zurich said not all the pupils were thugs.
In Munich, police called for anyone else injured by the group to come forward.
