I like your analog. You are right: Defaming a person and constantly heckling them is another strategy that the U.S. employs to get its way. The U.S. prefers buying friends first but if that does not work then heckling is definitely a little down on the list of techniques.

For example: Heckling and defaming was definitely used against Iraq right before the U.S. leveled the entire country back to the stone age. The U.S. even defamed the U.N weapons inspectors.

So, while your methods may appear childish, they are actually used by the U.S. president and the State Department as first class 'diplomatic' techniques. Pretty pathetic, eh?

Still trying to win something by arguing a spelling mistake, eh? Kinda like occupying a muslim nation by saying they have WMDs. The relationship simply does not make sense.

Again, a good analog between this forum and what the U.S. state department does. If they can't find an excuse to do something they just make something up even if it is completely irrelevant based upon its fictitious nature.

There you sit, playing with Mr computer, your only confidante, posting thirty or forty a day. Tapping and tippling away until obliged by nature to make yet another genuflection to your Porcelain God. Rectally sure of your own rectitude. Imbued with an almost messianic imperative to open our eyes to your revealed truth. Again and again and again spews forth the same unadulterated ordure! Do you not realise that more than half of the responses you provoke result from sheer frustration? We could all recite the sorry string of elementary non-sequiturs that apparently define your credo like a mantra!

How many cogent arguments, new perspectives, original thoughts have I missed out on because an intelligent human being, having read a news report on this site, then scrolled down to the Talkback section only to be faced with two solid pages of the Lance and SP4 show?

What happened? Is it personal? Was your dam (if such a person can be imagined) assaulted by a Catholic Priest, displayed wilful ignorance in refusing to accept the outcome until rather too late, attempted to rid herself of the burden but merely succeeded in inflicting permanent damage on her child, turned to Jesus in a fit of remorse, and finally, in a monumental display of confusion left you in a basket at the door of a Mosque which she had mistaken for the local Episcopalian Church?

Let me make a suggestion. Butt out lance, if only for a week. Scan the site and attempt to evaluate any change that you may discern in the sort of comments that are posted here. If, after that time you feel that you have anything to offer, then please return. Unlike SP, you seem to have been endowed with an intellect. Do try to use it!
