Apparently some government heads didn't read the sticky posted to the government's treasury department computer monitor:

'Reminder: Take out more debt to dole out welfare to the docile masses on Monday.'

... by Tuesday or Wednesday the dregs get antsy.

Same thing happens in the U.S.
