Mutually speaking, it's a deal!
the funny thing is....if the U.S. were to deploy a missile shield (aka 'Star Wars') from the good ol' Reagan Era, it wouldn't work. China, Russia, whoever could shoot dummy missiles at the shield & overwhelm it. That better be some powerful satellite & ground tracking system to insure that not one missile gets through. Make peace, not war United State$$$
