Reason: ...which says the system is aimed at countering its nuclear arsenal.
It would only be a natural response to counter a country's nuclear arsenal if one were capable of doing so.
I see that the Russians think very strategically, though not always reasonably. There is a fair amount of fear in the reaction to the deployment of this shield.
Maybe we all should have a shield that would defeat all missiles from ever creating massive destruction on any territory.
