With a sizeable immigrant community outside her borders Hungary would infuriate her neighbours (Slovakia, Romania, Serbia) if it signed onto the illegal NATO Pact annexation of Serb sovereign territory.
Croatia is defending Dalmatia and Istria and the country's ludicrous, unsustainable border by supporting Serbia on this one.
Tiny Slovenia, a former Austrian province, is also defending her territorial integrity. Unless the statelet wants to become an Austrian 'Kosova' in the next decade.
