Let me see if I understand this correctly:
A foriegn national soldier from one nation
Serving in another nation
shoots someone
is tried in a third nation
is indicted by a foreign court on the testimony of the so called victims
So where are all the indictments for the Vietnamese generals?
Pure theater.

Just curious, but what happens if a car tries to run through a police roadblock in Italy where most cars behaving that way probably aren't carrying explosives?
