This is a shock!Mar 12th, 2007 - 20:38:44

Im shocked Russia is supplying materials and infastructure to such a fanatical government which obviously has bad intentions for the uses of nuclear technologies.

At this point it seems Russia is to blame for helping Iran with its nuclear pursuits.

This is unacceptable. Russia is a member of NATO and therefor should be required to promote a peacefull future for the world. Giving Iran nuclear reactors is anything but a peacefull future. Its probably the begining of WWIII.

My question is this. Who is holding Russia accountable for such acts?

Russia is not actually a member NATO state, but is a member of the 'Partnership for Peace' (however disingenuously).

Personally, I'm all for seeing a sanctions regime imposed on Russia in order to put the reigns on Iran (and other states). But that's just my 2 cents.

Sanctions on Russia will not do any good. Russia is our sister country, we need to work harder to over come our differences and work together on this issue.

If the US and Russia worked together as one there would be no end to what we could do. Let the EU have there thing... It is time the US and Russia joined forces.

Iran must be stopped.

' The construction of the nuclear reactor on the coast of the Persian Gulf has been heavily criticized by the West ...'

Just a minute!
While the Shah (America's CIA-installed puppet) was still in charge, the Busher-reactor was supported by Washington and Germany's Siemens won the bid to build it, originally -- the location did not change one foot, it's still on the coast of the Persian Gulf.

The building of Busher was interrupted because of the Iranian revolution, and the ayatollahs' decree that atomic power was against Islam, then because of the Iran-Iraq war, and only this century has activity to complete it been stepped up.

Why the West allegedly 'heavily' criticizes the location now is beyond me.

'
Why the West allegedly 'heavily' criticizes the location now is beyond me.'

Maybe because it is a crazy, totalitarian, theocratic regime that routinely threatens to wipe another country out and chants death to America on a regular basis?

Rodger
Ques:- 'Why the West allegedly 'heavily' criticizes the location now is beyond me.'

Ans:-
1.Lebanon attacked last year due to Iranian proxy Hez attacking israel.

2.Iran destabalising Iraq to get at the US.

3.Iran supplying weapons to terror groups.

You starting to see a pattern yet rodger? Like the fact that Ahminajihad likes to give weapons to killers then denies doing it. You want him to maybe give nukes to Al-Quada? If you do just accept the idea that one day soon your home town may melt in the biggest, quickest war in the worlds history.

Oh and reason number 4. If your going to put a shaved chimp in charge of your country at least have the common sense to staple his stupid mouth shut when hes talking to peeps who dont like you.
