Perhaps the Germans can follow the Dutch example? I'm surprised that in many other areas in the world the .dyke and dam and pump' in its most simple form has never been followed up.Theres still huge scope on a massive benefit.

No need for that. (Germany is not that small like Netherlands).

Heligoland and Sylt are Islands for rich people. rich people can play own games so long Island native have nothing against.
