Anything that gets the blessing of GWB is immediately ready to be corrupt, unworkable and unjustifiable. people who live downwind of this power plant better ready to move---quickly.

Like we believe that this President and Vice President would have anything to do with anything that does not run on oil. Give me a break!

What this contry needs is to develope Hydro power. Locally there are several hydro facilities that have been abandoned or removed. Redevelopinghydro power on smaller local streams would also diversify the grid so it would be harder for terrorists to interrupt our power system. Polution would not be a problem, and they run with minimal personal...
