This report is like a puzzle with missing pieces. What has been done about the violence by the 'Liberal' governments? How about nothing?
What the new generation of professors (should I add,Liberals? no, its understood I guess) has been advocating all along is: if theere is violence at any given place,it must have been because the culprits were abused before, hence you can't punish them. Simple. That's why graduates today also sound... Simple.
Like it or not,the only reason (please, don't bring in the exceptions)why, society has not gone down into anarchy is and was ,the fear of punishment.
Remove the police and overnight you'll have citizens baricated in their homes with a shotgun at the ready.
Now immagine, teenagers with an over developped ego, boiling testosterones,a brain with a losing battle of catchup to the height, exposed 24 hours to visualised violence on every must have gadget possible, teachers with a hands-off doctrine, and a government with the same attitude . Et voila!
I have just saved you millions on research. To the Liberals of all sides I say:
Have some guts dammit, take control and if you can't,resign and let someone better equipped deal with it.

The country that brought the world the Holocaust has bullies in its schools. What a suprise! It's also a shock that a country that helped round up its Jews for the Germans, Belgium, tries to change the subject, typical European shell game. Europe wishes everyone would forget how they brought the world, Colonialism, WWI, WWII, the Holocaust, and for a more recent episode, genocide in the Balkans. Nothing like a European pontificating while he turns the heat in the ovens up.
