From Monsters and Critics.com Business News Hamburg - Telecom Italia said Wednesday it was appointing Carlos Lambarri, 52, to head its German operation, which has 1 billion euros in annual sales of phone and online services. He replaces Harald Roesch, who is to be appointed chairman of the supervisory board of the Hamburg-based unit, which trades under the name HanseNet.
